Just set Elite/Cykel-sponsored athlete Ashley Relf from traincompetegetfaster.com up with some sweet tri spokes for the weekend. Have a great race tomorrow, Ashley!
We’ve got Weekenders!
Super excited to finally have these bikes in stock. We have a medium built up and in the window right now. The perfect townie, commuter, weekend tour-er, Golden Gate Park shredder, dog trailer hauler!
Fairdale has a bunch of really exciting new bikes coming out in the next couple months. The picture above is of the new Flyer-a single speed, bmx inspired, 26” cruiser-which also comes in a smaller, step-through ladies frame as well. This one will be my new daily driver as soon as they arrive…can’t wait to skid my way down the hill to BART every night after work!

Another of the new models, the Weekender, has been making to rounds the past few months on all of the cool bike blogs, and even got a feature on ESPN.com. It’s a 1x9, disc brake, swept back handlebar commuter/light tourer that looks to be a great addition to the otherwise singlespeed-centric lineup. We’ll definitely have a few of these in the shop as soon as possible.

That’s the new, super limited ROGERxFAIRDALE collaboration on the forthcoming Coaster. The guys at Roger skateboards lent a hand in the design department and even produced a skateboard to go with the included Skaterack. If you’re at all interested in one of these, please get in touch with us ASAP; rumor has it shops in Japan have a pretty good lock on a large number of these already…
There’s a slew of new product aside from the bikes coming soon as well. Taj just put up a new Fairdale site that lists details and more info about all the new parts and models coming out this summer. Bikes are slated to start arriving mid-late July…we can’t wait! Good things happening out there in Austin.
BOOM! 2013 Bosberg sneak peak.
Cannot wait until August.
It’s been a few months since it came out, but if you haven’t read the great @wired magazine write-up on @ritteracing , you can check it out HERE. Expect to see a few of those gorgeous stainless Ritte’s in shop rather soon…
